If your earrings become all jumbled gently lay your earrings flat on a table . Carefully run your fingers over the fringe so the beads lay straight .
Storage
Earrings are the happiest laying flat and straight . You can also hang your earrings but it risk gravity taking effect on the fringe.Policies
Returns / Exchanges
Each earring is one of kind and made with a labor of love . I want you to enjoy and love you earrings. I do understand things happen. Please reach out and let’s have conversation about exchanging your earrings . Please do so within 3 days of your jewelry arriving . No returns will be made only an exchange . Also purchaser must pay for returned shipping .
Lost or Broken
Each pair is one of kind. Some of the beads I use are rare & last of my supply . I will try my best to replace your earring for half the price you originally purchased the earring for . Please use the rubber backs that come with your earrings . This prevents loss of an earring. Accidents happen so please send a photo of your broken earring so I can access the situation .

Every order is mailed first class with USPS . Each package will have tracking connected to the order placed . I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS with your tracking information so they can assist you .
